Application No. 3492/2024 initiated under Section 144(3) of the BNSS and order dated 12.11.2024 passed therein below Exh:01 by learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Ahmedabad. 2) As learned Family Court is seized with the matter, no case is made out to exercise jurisdiction under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India as alternative remedy is available. 3) So far main grievance of the petitioner that not considered his objection filed below Exh:7 in the application filed under Section 144 (3) of the BNSS is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to file objections and learned Family Judge is directed to consider the same on its own merit, without being influenced by the order of this Court. 4) In view of the above, petition is disposed of.
