Heard Mr. Abhishek Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Poorva Tiwari, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondent/s. 2. By this petition the petitioner prays for following relief/s : “(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent No.1/Secreatary/ Department of School Education, Raipur to decide the service appeal of the petitioner dated 15.10.2024 (Annexure P/5) according to judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Ramlal Vs. State of Rajasthan and also according to order dated 24.4.2024 passed by this Hon’ble Court in WPS No.2412/2021, for reinstatement of services of the petition’s husband. (ii) That this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to direct respondents to give suitable compensation to the petitioner for the mental trauma and agony, harassment and hardships suffered by her as also cost of the litigation.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/widow of the deceased employee has filed this petition with a limited prayer that after order of termination the employee has expired and the widow of the deceased employee has moved an appeal against the termination of her deceased husband. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities concerned may be directed to decide this appeal so that she may get the fruits of her husband service benefits. 4. Learned State counsel appearing in this case submits that they 3 will decide her appeal within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the respondents are directed to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6.
