1. By the present CRMP, the petitioner has prayed for following prayer:-

2 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside entire proceedings in lieu of FIR/Crime bearing No. 89/2022 registered at P.S Gol Bazar, District Raipur, (C.G.) (including Charge-sheet ANNEXURE-P/1) and the entire consequential proceedings (if any) in lieu of the aforesaid. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to quash/set aside the order dated 07.11.2023 (Annexure-P/2) passed by Learned Seventh Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur in Cr.R. no. 194/2023 to the extent it maintains the charges under Section 467, 471 and 34 of Indian Penal Code of 1860 as against the petitioners. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly pass any other
order in favour of petitioners as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed in the present case, evidence has been recorded and the trial is in progress, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant CRMP.
