JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 6 09-05-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 4144 of 2019, the District Education Officer has already passed a reasoned order dated 28.09.2019 pertaining to the petitioners whereby and Patna High Court MJC No.2655 of 2019(6) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 whereunder, the petitioner no. 1 has been granted promotion on the post of Headmaster with effect from 29.10.2018 while the petitioner no. 2 has also been promoted to the post of Headmaster with effect from 29.10.2018. In fact, by the said order dated 28.09.2019, it has also been directed that the petitioners shall be granted notional promotion in the Trained Grade with effect from 01.12.2012 and the actual monetary benefits shall be paid from the date of submission of joining on the promotional post. 2. Thus, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 05.03.2019 has stood complied with, nonetheless, while disposing of the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any.
