This petition is filed challenging the order dated 26.09.2025 passed by respondent No.3-Tahasildar, Hirekerur, deleting the name of the petitioner from the property records. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is passed on 26.09.2025 and the proceeding was adjourned to 15.10.2025 and the order sheet would reveal that no hearing took place on 26.09.2025. 4. The order appears to be contrary to what the order sheet reflects. However, all these questions have to be considered by the Assistant Commissioner in an appeal under Section 136(2) the Karnataka Land - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18629 WP No. 109831 of 2025 Revenue Act, 1964. Accordingly, the writ petition is not entertained. 5. Hence, the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is dismissed. ii. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 26.09.2025 marked at Annexure-J. iii. The time spent in prosecuting this petition from 08.12.2025 till this date, has to be excluded in computing the limitation and the time spent in obtaining the order dated 26.09.2025 marked at Annexure-J from the date of knowledge of the order till the date of issuance of certified copy, has to be excluded. iv.
