Order on Board 05/12/2025
1. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that vide order dated 21.11.2025 passed in Civil Appeal No.5017/2023 Hon’ble Supreme Court directed the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to constitute a Committee, as mentioned in the order, and for monitoring working of that Committee, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia, former Judge of Supreme Court, has been nominated.
2. In the aforementioned facts of the case and constitution of the Committee, I do not find any good ground to continue with this writ petition any further as interest of petitioner will also be taken care of by the Committee constituted by Hon’ble Supreme Court. For the foregoing, this writ petition is
disposed of reserving liberty to petitioner to approach again if any exigency arises in future.
