The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manjhiaon P.S. Case No. 144/2021, for the offence registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Garhwa. 3. On 06.10.2021 at about 6:00 P.M, the informant was waylaid at Kharsota road while he was returning home. The accused persons, on pistol point, looted his money, jewelry and mobile phone. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused namely Ashutosh Kumar Sharma has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 11478/2023 and other co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Manjhiaon P.S.
