There was no representation on both sides on 31.01.2025 and even today, there is no representation on either side. 3. This Court is left with no option but to dismiss the Appeal for non-prosecution. 4. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The State Legal Services Authority shall ensure that the compensation is paid to the claimants directly into their Aadhar linked bank account. No order as to costs.
