Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 22.9.1994 passed by Special/Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial No. 131 of 1992. 2. Perused the office report dated 23.4.2025 and report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar dated 22.4.2025, according to which the sole appellant-Waseem s/o Zakir Ali died on 16.11.2024. Along with report of the CJM , Muzaffarnagar statements of Kashib and Mohd. Adil (nephews of the appellant) and Sri Ramesh Kumar Verma, Sub Inspector posted at Police Station Sadar Bazar and death certificate issued by Govt. of U.P. have been annexed. 3.
