Ltd.”, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Phagwara, the peoner herein had moved an applicaon under Order I Rule 10 CPC for her impleadment as a party. The said applicaon was moved on 21.09.2023 as evident from the order (Annexure P-4). The simple contenon raised by learned counsel for the peoner before this Court is that the said applicaon is pending since September, 2023 and has not been disposed of ll date. The prayer is made for expedious disposal of the said applicaon. Without issuing any noce to the respondents, lest it may delay the proceedings of the case, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the applicaon under Order I Rule 10 CPC as moved by the peoner within 02 months from today.
