By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondents to continue the petitioner as Lab Technician at Community/Primary Health Centre, Siddharth Nagar, Gorakhpur. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was issued with show cause notice on 25.01.2025 to which she submitted reply on 28.01.2025 but instead of taking any decision in the matter of show cause notice, respondents have restrained the petitioner from discharging duties. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the matter of show cause notice in the stipulate period of time. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to take final decision in the matter of show cause notice dated 25.01.2025 considering the reply of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order.
