Heard Sri Chandan Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for revisionist, Sri Sanjay Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Santosh Nigam, learned AGA for the State on the delay condonation application. 2. Learned counsel for revisionist submits, there is delay of 114 days in filing the instant revision but delay in filing in the instant revision has been duly explained in the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application. 3. He further submits, due to the weak financial condition earlier revisionist could not file the instant revision in time, therefore, delay condonation application filed by the revisionist be allowed and his revision should be heard on merit. 4. Per contra, learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 opposed the prayer and submits, from perusal of the affidavit filed in support of instant delay condonation application, it reflects, ground taken for condoning the delay is vague and on such vague ground delay of 114 days should not be condoned, therefore, delay condonation application should be dismissed and revision filed by the revisionist should also be dismissed being time barred. 5. I have heard both the parties and perused the record of the case. 6. The instant revision is beyond time by 114 days and from perusal of the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application, it appears, it is based on vague facts, therefore, in view of this Court there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay in filing the instant revision. 7.
