Earlier, the bail application of petitioners was rejected vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85195 of 2024. 3. Trial Court report reveals that case is running for prosecution evidence. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 09.08.2024 and the charge has already been framed. 5. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. However, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88485 of 2025(4) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 since petitioners are in custody since 09.08.2024, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
