Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 187 of 2024 arising out of Bishunpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. 3. On 01.05.2024, sister of the Informant went missing. On 04.05.2024, her dead body was recovered from Karcha Taki Jharia River. Ante mortem lacerated wounds and burn injury were found on her person. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner that he might have committed his murder. It was suspected that the deceased was having illicit relationship with someone. 4. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 5. Learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla in connection with S.T.
