1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

expeditiously, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit be granted.”
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted second appeal before respondent No.2 on 11.3.2024, however, till date appeal has not been decided and therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide second appeal of petitioner within specified time.
3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that he is not having any objection to the limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner. He, however, submits that as per instruction received by him, looking to pendency of cases before respondent No.2, second appeal of petitioner will be considered and decided within three months.
4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties.
5. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide pending second appeal of petitioner, which was filed on 11.3.2024, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the order.
