Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the Suit/Case No.T202518020204294 (Nihal Devi and others Vs. State of U.P.) as well Suit/Case as No. T202518020204295 (Suraj Singh Vs. State of U.P.) under Section 76 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in a time bound manner as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 15.10.2024 (Annexure No.09 to this writ petition) of the petitioners in a time bound manner as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Respondents to change the Class of the petitioners in respect of the land being Khata No.291 Gata no. 209 Area 0.727 hectare as well as plot no. 211 Area 0.426 hectare and Plot No.31 Area 1.153 hectare situated at Village Panethi, Tehsil Koel, Aligarh from Asankramaniya Bhumidhar with non transferable right to Sankarmaniya Bhumidhar with transferrable rights." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the above-mentioned application dated 15.10.2024 filed by the petitioner is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
