This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the E-auction sale notice dated 23.04.2025 issued by the respondent no.2. 3. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusing the material available on record, we are of the view that alternative remedy lies for the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for redressal of its grievances that have been raised in the present writ petition.
