The present petition has been filed for a mandamus commanding the Nagar Ayukt, District Meerut to decide the application dated 6.11.2024, filed by the petitioner, complaining about a wrong birth certificate, issued to respondent No. 4. 3. It is alleged in the application that the birth certificate has been obtained by misleading the concerned authority of the Nagar Nigam. However, the petitioner has not been able to show any adverse effect on his interests, regarding the birth certificates of respondent No. 4. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition, seeking mandamus commanding respondent No.1 to enquire as prayed by the petitioner, is not maintainable. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
