Rajkhowa, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievances of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition has since been redressed by the respondent authorities. Accordingly, he submits that the present writ petition may be closed as having become infructuous. Prayer is not objected to by Mr. N. Goswami and Mr. I. Borthakur, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. In view of the above, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
