The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in Title Appeal No. 11/2024 whereby and whereunder the appeal of the present petitioner has been dismissed in default. 4. Evidently, against such order, a remedy lies under Order 41 Rule 19 of the Code of Civil Procedure, but without availing the said remedy, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. 5.
