Present petition has been filed, praying for the following relief; i. An appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to release the balance amount of admitted bill pending since 18.12.2015 for amount of Rs.1,27,048/- along with interest, towards the work done by the petitioner for construction of 'Nali' and 'Inter-locking Road' in Ward no.20, Nagar Palika Parishad Shikohabad, District Firozabad. 2. The petitioner has the remedy to approach the Nagar Palika Parishad Shikohabad, Firozabad and may file a representation before the Nagar Palika Parishad Shikohabad, which shall be decided by the Chairman of Nagar Palika Parishad, Shikohabad within one month from the date of filing of the same. In case, the claim made by the petitioner is to be decided by any of the authority other than the Chairman of Nagar Palika Parishad Shikohabad, the Chairman shall forward the representation to the concerned authority and the said authority shall decide the same within the time prescribed by this Court. In case, the claim of the petitioner is accepted, the amount due to the petitioner shall be released within a period of one month from the date of decision on the representation. 3.
