U B SARMA, Advocate for the Respondent : GA, ASSAM, MR. A. BARUAH(SC, APSC) BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUMAN SHYAM ORDER Date : 24/03/2025 None appears for the writ petitioner when the matter is called up before this Court. Mr. P.P. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, APSC, submits that by filing this writ petition, the petitioner, who is an unsuccessful candidate, has challenged the result of the Combined Competitive Examination (Preliminary) Result declared in the year 2016. Mr. Dutta further submits that since the process of appointments have already been completed long back, the writ petition has become infructuous. After going through the statements made in the writ petition, I find force in the submission of Mr. Dutta. Moreover, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also not appeared to pursue the matter. As such, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
