Status report dated 30th March, 2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent-MCD, wherein it is stated that the subject property was inspected and encroachment and excess coverage in the shape of two rooms/halls and extension of existing bathrooms and bed room in rear side and encroachment over government land in front side came to notice. 5. It is further submitted that following due process of law, demolition order was passed on 20th November, 2025. 5.1 The same has been annexed with the status report. 6. Pursuant to the said demolition order, demolition action has been taken by respondent/MCD. Photographs with regard to the demolition action has been filed along with the status report. 7. Status report dated 8th April, 2026 has also been handed over in Court by respondent no.4/SHO and the same is taken on record. 8.
