Learned counsel for respondent- ITI on basis of instruction submits that during pendency of this writ petition, entire retiral dues including PLE has been paid, therefore, no grievance left and this writ petition may be disposed of. Learned counsel for petitioner acknowledges the submission and fairly submits that this petition may be disposed of.
