It is represented that Sri Venkateswarlu Kolla, learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that in the light of the interim orders dated 12.02.2021, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 4. This Court passed interim orders dated 12.02.2021, directing the respondents-police officials not to summon the petitioner to the police station and make any effort to illegally detain him without there being any crime registered against him. 5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station. There shall be no order as to costs.
