It is submitted that both the applicants are suffering from severe cardiac problems. In view thereof, proceedings could not be completed within time. The arbitration proceeding is at the stage of evidence and one witness of claimant is already examined. As such, six months time is granted to conclude the arbitration proceedings. 2.
