The sole relief pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner is prayer no. I, which is as follows: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation dated 19.10.2024 and to pay the salary to the petitioner." 2. A perusal of the representation dated 19.10.2024 reflects that it is a letter addressed by the Principal of Sri Shanti Niketan Inter College, Mehrauni, District Lalitpur to the District Inspector of Schools, District Lalitpur seeking regularization of the petitioner on the specified honorarium. Evidently, the aforesaid representation has not been moved by the petitioner and the post of the petitioner appears to be temporary. 3. Be that as it may, since the matter is engaging the attention of the District Inspector of Schools, I hope and trust that the District Inspector of Schools shall take a decision in the matter of the petitioner in accordance with law and expeditiously. 4.
