This Court, vide order dated 29.01.2025 passed in MCRC No. 8878/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Seetaram Nayak and Malti Nayak had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 18.07.2025, requested for and was granted a further period of four months time to conclude the trial vide order dated 01.08.2025 in CRMP No. 2403 of 2025. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 19.11.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that the trial is at the stage of prosecution evidence and the case could not be resolved on time due to witnesses failing to appear despite the issuance of summons warrants through the Superintendent of Police, Service is also not possible because the witnesses are from Sarangarh, Bilaigarh and Sakti Districts. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
