The review petitioner seek review of the order 14.02.2025 passed in WP No. 5283 of 2006 as there was I.A. No. 03 of 2024 for bringing the legal representative of respondent No. 6 is pending, as such this review petition is filed for modification of the order dated 14.02.2025. 2. Heard on I.A. No. 03 of 2024 under Order 22 Rule 4 CPC for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No. 6 namely Naanhi Bai on record. 3. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 6 had four children out which one of her son namely Patiram Rathia has already expired on 07.09.2020, therefore, legal representative of respondent No. 6 and deceased son Patiram Rathia, therefore, name of respondent No. 6 may be deleted from the array of respondents and in her place legal heirs of 3 respondent No.6 may also be incorporated in the cause title of WP No. 5283 of 2006. 4. Considering the submission, I.A. No. 03 of 2024 is pending before this Court in WP No. 5283 of 2006 and this fact has not been pointed out by the counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing of the matter, therefore, respondent No. 6 and deceased son Patiram Rathia have not been arrayed as party to the case, as such, I.A. No. 03 of 2024 is allowed. 5. Accordingly, name of Naanhi Bai is deleted from the cause title and following persons namely Paluram Rathia, Patiram Rathia, Smt. Jagar Mati Rathia, Komal Prasad Rathia, Leelambar Rathia, Rupa Kumari Rathia, Smt. Bhanmati Rathia and Smt. Gyanmati be arrayed the respondents No. 6(A) to 6(D) respectively in the cause title of WP No. 5283 of 2006 during course of the day. 6. Considering the fact that this court has passed the order on 14.02.2025, eight months has already been passed, therefore, further six months time is granted to the Sub Divisional Officer to comply with the order passed by this Court in WP No. 5283 of 2006. Remaining part of the order passed in WP No. 5283 of 2006 shall remain intact. Accordingly, Review petition is disposed of.
