According to the petitioner, as per the interim order passed by this court in W.P.No.8358 of 2025, his post was confirmed, however his registration number was not included in the impugned order of 2 nd respondent. But, several candidates scored below his rank are called for physical certificate verification and counselling. Though the petitioner scored better rank and waiting for more than seven years, he was not called for physical certificate verification. Hence, he filed this Writ Petition. 3. Considering the fact that though the petitioner has scored better rank and waiting for more than seven years, he was not called for physical certificate verification and counselling scheduled to be conducted on 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025 and he cannot be deprived of participating in the said process.
