The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 387 of 2022 corresponds to POCSO Case No. 63 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366, 363, 376(3) and also under Section 4(2) of POCSO Act of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum- Special Judge POCSO at Ranchi. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2024 with a direction to expedite the trial to conclude the same as early as possible preferably six months from the date of the order. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2022 and till date, out of five witnesses, only three witnesses have been examined. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
