The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 22.04.2013 passed in Miscellaneous Civil Case No.03/ CGIR Act/ III/ 2013 by the State Industrial Court of Chhattisgarh, Raipur (CG), by which the appeal filed by respondent under Section 67 of the CGIR Act was allowed and against an order dated 12.12.2012 passed in Case No.91/ CGIR Act/2010 Civil by the Labour Court, Durg by which the departmental enquiry conducted against the petitioner was declared illegal, was allowed and the matter was remanded back to the learned Labour Court for decision making of the case on its own merits. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order was passed on 22.04.2013 and no interim order is there therefore, he prays that this Court may direct the learned Labour Court to decide the case before it expeditiously, if it has not already been decided. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, and it is expected that the learned Labour Court, Durg, shall decide the Case No.91/ CGIR Act/2010 Civil expeditiously, if it has not already decided the same. 4. Thus, the writ petition is disposed of. 5. All pending applications stand disposed of.
