Case No.140 of 2024, under Section 156(3) Code of Criminal Procedure, Police Station Bhamora, District Bareilly, pending in the court of Additional District and Session Judge, SC/ST Court, Bareilly to any other competent court of jurisdiction at District Moradabad. Concededly, in a complaint filed by the applicant even process has not been issued against the accused, therefore, the ground that the accused are pressurizing the complainant to withdraw the complaint, is apparently baseless. Resultantly, the application for transfer of the case being without a valid cause of action, is dismissed with a costs of Rs.10,000/-. The cost to be deposited within one month before the Registrar General, High Court Allahabad, who will, thereafter forward the same to the High Court Legal Services Committee..
