By order dated 21.03.2025, this court has appointed Mrs. Justice Vijay Lakshmi, retired Judge of this Court, to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain her consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Mrs. Justice Vijay Lakshmi (retd.) has given her consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 03.04.2025. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely Mrs. Justice Vijay Lakshmi, for settlement of disputes between them. 3.
