We permit the petitioner to appear before the Education Officer on 19th May, 2025, who is directed to decide the said Appeal within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4. In case if the appropriate seniority of the petitioner is reckoned and junior to the petitioner is promoted the petitioner to lodge his claim on the promotional post. 5.
