Case No. 105 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64, 351(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Nishi Kant, learned J.M., 1st Class, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 26.07.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. 4. It was submitted that there is delay of 36 days in lodging of the F.I.R. It was further submitted that earlier the victim has instituted a case of similar nature against her brother-in-law. 5. Attention has been drawn towards the F.I.R. of Paton P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023 in which the victim has instituted a case of similar nature against one Pramod Paswan. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Nishi Kant, learned J.M., 1st Class, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Paton P.S.
