This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner seeks a direction to quash the recovery notice No.E.D.D.)(P) 2609 dated 22.02.2023 issued by respondent no.5. The petitioner is also aggrieved by the inaction on part of the said respondent authority in deciding the representation dated 22.02.2025. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.5 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent no.5/Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand-II, Pipri, Sonbhadra, is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from date, after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
