POONACHA) Heard submissions of the learned senior counsel Sri.Dhyan Chinnappa appearing along with Sri.Neeraj Shastry, learned counsel for review petitioner. 2. The present review petition is filed seeking to review the order dated 03rd April 2025 passed in CCC No.100056/2025, seeking to expunge/delete Para 9 of the said order. 3. At the outset, it is noticed that the present review petition is filed through a counsel who did not represent the petitioner in the contempt proceedings. On that sole ground, this petition is - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8652-DB RP No. 100053 of 2025 not maintainable having regard to the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and another v. N. Raju Reddiar and another1,. 4. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, review is sought to delete the observations made at paragraph 9 of the order dated 03rd April 2025. It is pertinent to note that the observations made in paragraph 9 of the order dated 03rd April 2025 has been made having regard to the facts forthcoming from the record as was noticed in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the order as well as from the other material on record as also the assertions of the postal authorities regarding the conduct of the petitioner as has been noticed in Para 2 of the said order. 5. It is also pertinent to note that contempt petition was liable to be rejected by imposing suitable cost. However, having regard to the memo which has been noticed at paragraph 10 of the order, costs was not imposed. 6. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner has failed to demonstrate any error apparent on the face of the record vis- à-vis what has been recorded at paragraph 9 of the order 1 (1997) 9 SCC 736 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8652-DB RP No. 100053 of 2025 dated 03rd April, 2025 and that the same is liable to be reviewed. 7.
