It is seen from the records that the Petitioner was duly informed that the Respondent No.7 had expired on 17.07.2017. However, the Petitioner has not taken any steps insofar as the Respondent No.7 is concerned.
2. Considering the above, the instant proceedings cannot proceed against a dead person.
3. This Court duly takes note of that the instant writ petition has been filed challenging the installation of the transformer by the Respondent No.7. As no steps was taken to substitute the legal representatives in
Page No.# 3/3 spite of due opportunity being given and any order being passed herein will impact the legal representatives of the Respondent No.7, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed.
