Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is holding post of Teacher (T Cadre) is entitled to get pay protection according to circular dated 03.08.2018. He further submits that petitioner has made representation GOURI MUDALIAR Digitally signed by GOURI MUDALIAR Date: 2025.02.03 12:01:29 +0530 2 before respondent authorities but till date, no action has been taken. He prays that concerned authority may be directed to decide the pending representations so moved by the petitioner expeditiously in light of circular dated 03.08.2018. 2. On the other hand, learned State counsel submit that subsequent circular has been issued on 18.11.2023 with regard to pay protection. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the limited grievance of petitioner, present petition at this juncture is disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to make fresh representations before Joint Director Education Division Bastar (Jagdalpur) i.e. respondent No. 3 within period of 30 days from today and the concerned authority is directed to decide such representations of petitioner, preferably within period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is expected that the authority concerned will consider the circulars dated 03.08.2018 and 18.11.2023 while deciding the representation. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 6. With the aforesaid observation(s) & direction(s), instant writ petition stands disposed of.
