At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that in the instant case investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner no. 2, pursuant to which even cognizance has been taken against him. 3. It is further informed by learned counsel for the petitioners that against the impugned charge-sheet and order of taking cognizance, the petitioner no. 2 has preferred an Application under Section N.A. 528 of B.N.S.S. No. 15761 of 2025, in which the arrest of the petitioner no. 2 has already been stayed. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it. 5. Consequent thereto, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Office is directed to detach the Application under Section N.A. 528 of B.N.S.S.
