1. The learned counsel representing the appellant submits that she has no instructions in the matter because despite her best efforts, the appellant is not coming forward to respond to her communications.
2. The learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by the respondent has been allowed on 27.01.2025, while dissolving the marriage by way of decree of divorce.
3. This appeal has been filed by the appellant seeking enhancement in the amount of maintenance pendente lite fixed by the court under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
4. In view of the judgment passed by the Family Court, dissolving the marriage by way of decree of divorce, it appears that the appellant is no longer interested in prosecuting the present appeal.
