This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “(a) Issue a writ order/direction to the Respondents No.2 to take necessary action against the Respondent No. l as per law. (b) Issue a writ order/ direction to the Respondents No. l & No.2 to file the status report regarding the representation of the Petitioner dated 25.07.2025 (c) Issue a writ order /direction to file the legality, authorization, validity and maintainability Report from the Respondent No. 2 to run such institutions like the Respondent No.1. (d) Issue a writ order/ direction to the Respondents No.2 to revoke license of Respondent No.1, if found illegal in running institution contravention of law as prescribed in various legislation passed by the legislature to run and glare of those This is a digitally signed order. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was denied admission in Class XI. Mr. Malhotra, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 school, has handed over an application dated 06.04.2026 where the mother of the petitioner has sought Transfer Certificate (“TC”) on account of shifting to another city. The said TC has already been provided. 3. For the said reason, no further Orders are required in the petition and the same is disposed of. 4.
