By order dated 05.10.2023 this Court directed to the opposite parties to consider the representation of the petitioner. Since the aforesaid order was not implemented, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present contempt application. 3. Learned counsel for the contemnors referring to the compliance affidavit, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide order dated 02.07.2025. 4. In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped with liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated Page 2 of 2. 02.07.2025 in the event the petitioner feels aggrieved by such order by filing a separate writ petition.
