JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 26-06-2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs: a. For directing the Respondent Authorities to take proper steps in Misc. Case No.73P of 2022 which has been registered under Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1075 of 2022(3) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioner against the Respondent IInd Set with respect to the dispute regarding the land and possession but in the said case no action is being taken by the Official Respondents. b. For a direction to the Respondent Authorities particularly the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar Purnea who is empowered to initiate the proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the applications subsequently submitted by the Petitioner complaining against the illegal construction work which numbered as Application No.74P of 2022 respectively to initiate proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3. The petitioner has prayed for certain directions in the proceedings pending under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. 4.
