The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants, Pappu Pal @ Narendra and Kallu Pal @ Sanjay, in Case Crime No. 11 of 2021, under Sections- 379,411,420,467,468,471 I.P.C., Police Station- Kailiya, District- Jalaun. This is the second anticipatory bail application.The first anticipatory bail application of the applicants was rejected by this court vide order dated 22.2.2021, passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No. 3559 of 2021 granting them 90 days protection from arrest and directing them to obtain bail. As yet applicants have neither surrendered nor obtained bail. In view of the above, it is not a fit case for grant of any relief to the applicants.
