The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 208/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5) & 111(6) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(a), 26(1) & 26(2)/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 25(6) & 25(7) of the Arms Amendment Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody since 13.12.2024. It was finally submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and offence alleged against the petitioner is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
