Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.09.2024, the petitioner has been transferred from the office of Deokar Sub Division Saja Division, District Bemetara to the office of Superintendent Engineer, City Circle, CSPDCL, Bilaspur, however, there was some typographical error in the order, which was corrected vide order dated 24.09.2024 and the petitioner was attached to the office of Superintendent Engineer, City Circle, CSPDCL, Bilaspur. Now, again the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Mahasamund.
4. When a query is being made to Mr. Mayank Chandrakar, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 4, he submits that due to earlier order passed in WPS No.8402 of 2024, the petitioner has been transferred, however, he has failed to explain why after 24.09.2024, again the impugned order has been passed in the
3 month of January, 2025, which is within four months from the date of earlier transfer order.
