Sri Upendra Raj Singh, District Panchayatraj Officer, Fatehpur is present in Court along with an application seeking exemption from personal appearance which is accompanied by his personal affidavit. Upon a perusal of the affidavit, I find that the petitioner has now been paid the entire dues including 17 days honourarium i.e. till 17th February, 2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits to have been paid the entire dues for which this petition was preferred, hence no cause any more survives. Personal appearance of the officer concerned is accordingly, exempted. Notice issued to him also stands discharged. This petition has rendered infructuous as the relief prayed for is granted by the authority for which it was filed. The petition is consigned to records as infructuous matter.
