The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 23/09/2024, 29/11/2024 and 07/02/2025 produced at Annexure-D,D1 and D2 by regularizing the service of the petitioner with all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice and equity. ii. Grant any other relief as Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstance of this case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations dated 23.09.2024, 29.11.2021, and 07.02.2025, submitted to respondents No. 2 and 3 at Annexures-D, D1 and D2, seeking regularization of service, have not been considered till date. 4. It is submitted that a similar issue has already been considered and dealt with by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. In view of the same, the following order is passed: ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.09.2024, 29.11.2021, and 07.02.2025, in terms of the directions issued by this Court in W.P. No. 147155 of 2020, disposed of on 15.07.2024, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
